New Gelcoat

OK you gelcoat junkies a question,

Can Gelcoat be reapplied like getting your car a new paint job?:huh:

In rubbing and polishing out the "ol' girl" (86 300DB) I have noticed where there is no gelcoat in some places, just white fiberglass. The areas that do have gelcoat it shines great. Will try to post a picture later.

Just curious if it can be done.

if there was no gelcoat it would not be white, it would be black.

your probably seeing a old repair if its white and has no gloss
