Up for sale is a 1998 Sea Ray Sundancer 270. This express cruiser is listed as 27’8” long, but is 29’10” overall with the swim platform. The boat has a 9’2” beam and a draft of 36.” This specific boat has been expertly and rigorously maintained, with all repairs and upgrades logged via receipts. We have owned the boat for almost two years and are selling because we purchased a live-aboard sailboat. The pictures are indicative of the CURRENT condition of the boat: they were taken this month!

Although she is not perfect, she is in remarkable condition for the year. The hull shines bright, all systems minus the trim senders and spotlight are operable, and the vinyl is still soft, pliable with no major rips or tears—although it does have some nicks, staining, and discoloration in some localized areas. This is one SOLID boat with no rot, mold, or mildew!

I will show the boat and run the engines upon request, however I will not be conducting a sea trial until an offer has been accepted and a deposit made.

Call/Text me at 561-632-2135 to set up a showing or ask any questions! Asking $26,995.00 for the boat, $3,500.00 for the trailer.

Although NOT INCLUDED in the asking price, I have a tri-axle aluminum trailer that was completely rebuilt by a reputable trailer shop in late 2016 for an additional $3,500.

All reasonable offers will be considered!

Looking at one up here now but it is a little rough. Wish you were a little closer...lol. Looks good!

My wife absolutely will not buy anything without touching it and seeing it with her own eyes. I had a hard time getting her to go to Catawba Island to look (150 miles away). The other concern would be the salt water usage (I assume it was used in saltwater?). But either way, found I really like these 1998-1999 270's. Found one locally and looked at it but it is rough. Found another through Popyachts that is local but still waiting on a return call or email back from them. In fact I just drove around that area tonight trying to find it...lol

Salt water yes, but there has been so much work done in the last few years that it really won't be of any concern. Remember, one engine is brand new in 2016 and I already installed new transom assemblies and primed and painted the outdrive to last for years! The only thing that would eventually need to be done is the exhaust and maybe circulating water pumps, though as of now, both work flawlessly! The 270 is nice, but we are going the sailing route which is better suited to our boating area (Bahamas and Caribbean).

Would definitely check it out if you were closer. Looks really good in the pics. Did just see one in Erie, PA we might go check out tomorrow.

I doubt you will have much trouble selling yours. Looks great and price seems good.
