Just got the boat this past weekend. 2005 320 Sundancer. We noticed we are missing a few things:

1. Column / post for the cabin table. I learned it's a larger diameter post than the cockpit table.

2. Old carpet (the largest piece that goes over the engine hatch). I would use this as a pattern to get new SeaDek pieces made.

3. Most important: We are missing the cockpit sun pad fill-in cushion and support.

I have all the cockpit carpet set in good condition. $200. Pm me your email and I'll send you some pictures.

I have an 07 320, there is no support for the cockpit sun pad fill in cushion. On mine, the pad sits on the table, and the table slides beneath the cushions, there is a notch to support the table. So , if you have the table AND your boat is configured like mine, you just need the cushion. I can get the dimensions and pics of mine if needed? Get a custom one built cheaply, super simple design.

That would be great to get a photo and dimensions of your cushion. Thank you!

Now the trick to that, is to remember when I go to the boat next. Setting a reminder on my phone! Should be on the boat Sunday assuming weather is decent.

Okay, photos attached, the snaps match up to the table on my boat. Do you have the table? 28” x 17” x 4.25-4.5” tall.

Thank you for the photos! Unfortunately this weekend I learned my cockpit table is an aftermarket that does not fit down underneath where this cushion would go. So now I'll need to find the table AND have the cushion made. Or I suppose I could just build a strong wooden support for the cushion and ignore the table.

Thanks again for your help. If you ever want to sell those parts just let me know! lol ;)

Brother in law had same problem. Bought 320 and cockpit table was this wooden slatted thing that stuff just fell through. (and quite heavy) Didn't fit to store below either. Made him a new on out of 3/4 inch white marine starboard. Added a couple of shallow cup holders. Turned out really nice.

A piece of starboard, with rounded edges to fit into the grooves of the cockpit seating area, would make a great platform for the cushion. Alternatively, toss the table you have, and get new table. If you are handy with wood, it is easy to build, I can get you the dimensions and the curvature of the corners (although, just look at the grooves in the cockpit seating area, that pretty much defines it), extremely uniform. Our table had that awful glaze from Sea Ray that turns white, so we paid to have it stripped and re-finished (took him several tries to get all of the finish off from Sea Ray) but it looks awesome now. You can re-use the underside mount you have if it is metal (or get the mount from a marine supply store).

I would gladly spend the money for a new OEM cockpit table that fits down below for the cushion. It's probably crazy how much I would spend for these parts I'm missing... But I cannot find them anywhere. I have all of the part numbers but that isn't helping me.

However, I can easily CAD design and CNC machine a piece of starboard by looking at the grooves like you mentioned. Thank you for the idea and all of the help!

Great, thanks for the idea. How did you cut it?

I actually cut it with a hand saw and rounded the corners with a jig saw with a metal cutting blade. Put some masking tape on the corners where cutting to make guide line and not scratch surface with saw. Slow but much smoother cut. Then sanded with a palm sander using course grit working to fine grit. Be careful not to get surface too warm as it will break down. After sanding, used a high speed buffer (no wax) to shine the edges up a little. For the bottom mount, we doubled the thickness with a 8 X 8 piece and screwed them together from the underside so no screws showing on top. The attached mount in same way with longer screws to go through mount, the 8x8 piece and the table top. He later added 2 shallow cup holders in 2 of the corners. Really turned out nice. Only issue is it is a bit slick. For that he puts a non slip backed cut to fit table cloth on it if it is not calm.
