You're already in touch - I'm "in" your thread.

FYI, I am "a" tech guy, but not "the" tech guy. And, there are plenty of other very knowledgeable people on this forum... they just may not have a label.
Am I in the right place

Who is "they"? Don't believe 'em! ;)
Ok don't know if I'm in the right place but went to my boat went down to the panel took picture it was 89 degrees too hot for me. Was going to take panel off but hesitated. How do I send a pic. Of panel to u?
Reason I can't say there long was operated for lung cancer 1 year ago agent orange. Thank God they say i'am cancer free. Hard to breath. Wow figured how up load a pic. Ok here we go. Other Sea Ray panels say battery charger and that would be the circuit breaker to check or replace. Mine does not have that so when I take panel off what am I looking for to test.

You are living in the wrong place...You need to come up here to Michigan to feel better... for a couple of reasons 1) it's not 89 degrees 2) Your boat would be in storage right now and would not be broke and 3) make room for us in Michigan to come down there

The converter is turned off. Kind of losing track of what the question is. Charger won't charge? Turning it on would be a good first step.

But I also live in Cape Cod Mass.

ya but I also live in Cape Cod Mass. And when I left in the middle of Jan. It was minus 5 below I'll take the heat.

#1 is a volt meter. You have 120 volts +/- to the panel.
#2 is the 120 volt circuit breaker for the battery charger. It is turned off. Make sure the boat wires you disconnected from the battery charger are not touching anything and then turn it back on. You should have voltage to those wires.

Then shut the breaker off and put everything back the way it was.
Then turn the breaker back on.

There is no breaker for battery charger

Oh,ok I get it I have to turn on ac converter thank hope that's it just saw the 2 red dots. I thought that was air conditioning stupid me

As noted above #2 labeled as the AC converter is your "battery charger".
Then I must have had a brain squeeze or something when I left last Nov. Locking everything up. The funny thing about it is that my old batteries and charger were good. And I bought new ones. Live and learn. I knew it had to be something simple I just wasn't seeing it. Thanks to all who helped really appreciate it.
