I think my cool fuel pump is failing. It appears that it is under the engine. any tricks on getting it out without removing engine?

Probably the CF2 on the port side ? If so, disconnect the 2 fuel lines that go to the filter and the 1 that goes to the fuel rail. Disconnect the power plug and the vacuum hose. Unscrew the 2 nuts on the bracket that holds it, and it drops down and slides out below your motor mount.

I got stuck on a sandbar a while back and it has been beeping at me ever since. Double beep every 5 min or so. Also hard to start. Then this weekend it stalled on me. Pile this all be related to the CF?

Doubt it. Getting stuck usually means your cooling system gets plugged up. Probably the Mefi 3 ECM ? Very few things trigger an alarm on that one. Probably no Water pressure sensor either.
With the limited info on what system you have it's hard to say

Don't have time to look that up for you now. Post up your engine number, starts with a 0. One thing I can say is that 99% of the time beeping is not fuel related. That could be the 555 ecm which does have the water pressure sensor and that could be your problem, and makes sense with the grounding and all.

It is the 555 ecm. Is there a way to check codes without a scanner on this one

No, but more than likely your plugged up with sand/muck and it's the water pressure sensor.
I would backflush as many points as possible. That sensor is usually located on the power steering cooler.

Would that make it hard to start also?

No, tell the whole story with as much detail from the beginning

It has been hard to start for some time now. You have to throttle it about half throttle to get it to start. Dies at idle. I changed the IAC. Seems to be a common problem. No change. Then after I got stuck on a sand bar, it started this double beep. Also runs rough at low throttle. If I run it wide open, it goes to a constant beep until I let it off. Then this weekend it stalled on me. I checked fuel pressure, it was showing 10psi. While I was trying to find the pump, the pressure came back up. I’m thinking I may have a few problems.

Sounds like it. The 555 is a very complex unit and capable of giving lots of fault info which you should take advantage of.
Getting it read would be priority

I bought a scanner. checked codes. I have a 130 Trim sensor Circuit High. 119 Steering Position Circuit Low. 75 Fuel level Circuit High. 94 pilot pressure low

Yup, normal..Do you have 100% power ? How's your temperature ? What kind of scanner and do you have Smart Craft ? Are you low on fuel ?

If you have been reduced to 90% power it will double beep.
A bad IAC can make it double beep without setting a code
An open or short on any sensor will do it also.

Is you temp higher than normal ? Seeing this happened after a grounding, I would backflush the entire cooling system. The water pressure sensor can get plugged as well and you might want to remove it for a look/see.

where is the water pressure sensor at? I have changed the IAC twice. According to the gauge on the dash, it is running about 170
