Probably going to need to find a canvas shop to make one unless someone has one for sale that they are not using. I have the original on my boat and if you can not find someone I could duplicate it for you. If interested get me phone from www.covemarine.com and give me a call. Keep in mind shipping may not be cheap because it will fall under dimensional weight because it is big and light.

I have an 06 340 with a sun pad in like new condition. $200. I had rather it be picked up at my home because of the size. I’m in Central Ky. Where are you? Thanks

Hi George, welcome aboard, you would get better responses in the future if you put a general location in your profile so we know what part of the country you are in. Also you have Sundancer listed in your profile so you have a 340 DA, not a 340 SD, which is for Sundeck...

If made of vinyl:
Would probably be nice if the bow pad could be made up with a Zipper so the end user could just cut and put his own foam in. Would make shipping easier too.

Original was sunbrella top, mesh bottom. 50/50 cushion split with zippers in mesh. It can certainly be compacted but most likely will still be a large box. At least you don't have to worry about padding it.

Technically for that year it would be a 340SDA. Designation was carried forward from 2003 when Sea Ray had two 340 Sundancers (a 340DA early 2003 and 340SDA late 2003).
