Seeking new or used. Any direction greatly appreciated.

Finding a used one is going to be pretty hard. I would find a good marine canvas/upholstery company and have them make it from scratch. It’s something they all do and you will get what you want and with today’s fabrics. That’s what I did and it worked out perfect

It's actually the hardware in loved that I'm looking for. I agree, a canvas co. should be easily able to whip up the cushions. Thx so very much for your reply.

The canvas guy can fabricate the hardware themselves or will out source it...that is very common. Just go in knowing what you want

Merci

I believe Gioia Sails makes exactly what you are looking for as I looked into them at one time.

If you could kindly share the information and what it consists of, that would be extremely helpful

You bet I received he quote - $1600 with sunbrella. Its alittle higher then i was hoping for but they were a very nice company to deal with the pictorial quality looked good. I can get alot of pillows for that - per my wife:)

Did it include the all the hardware or is that for the pad cushions only.

I had mine made by a local canvass shop for my previous boat, and they turned out great. They used the existing snaps from the original sun pads to keep everything in place and the same footprint - worked out well and the wife and kids loved it. 1600 isn't bad at all, I paid 2200 all said and done on mine.

For those of you that have the 420 sunpad do you leave it on the bow all the time? If not, what do you do with them for storage? They are big and also heavy...

I used Gioia Sails for my 420 sundancer and they did a great job. Added cup holders and make them two units that fold up nicely with handles for easy storage. Oh head rests as well.

I have a sunbrella cover for mine and it stays on all summer. The cushions against the deck have mesh on the bottom so they can breath and dry out.

The ones that I purchased are made out of Sunbrella as well and have not been covering just treating.
