Anyone know of the sailboat "Seaquel" out of Portland, OR? It was passing through the Panama Canal a week ago when I was on a canal cruise. I have some shots I'd pass on if by chance I could make contact. The explanation was, it was a minimum of $16,000 US to transit the canal. The guy might like something to remember that by. Our ship paid around $400,000 to transit the old lock system. Using the new system is more than double that amount.

Surprise. I tried to run the report through the USCG Documentation Center but got a message that they no longer provide that information.

I did the same thing, when I bought mine a year ago, I was able to get the owners name and mailing address.
I looked for this on about 5 sites, and couldn't find it anywhere, I thought I was crazy
