Been doing a bunch of electrical/electronics/appearance upgrades. Just did arch/cockpit lighting

What bulbs/bases did you use for the tacs? I swapped everything out with led bulbs and new bases. All of the gauges light up except for the tacs. I tried flipping the bulbs 180 degrees, that did nothing. I noticed that the bulbs in the tacs are labeled PC194 with a gray base while all the other gauges are PC161with a black base.

Weird. All of my bulbs/bases were the same. I'll be up on it today. Just went back into pic archives. Yeah, these were what I used for all

So I was debating on whether to start a new thread or just continue on with this one, since most of what I'm doing this year is cosmetic, other than installing a pair of Fox gateways so that I can get engine data up to the screens.

Updated all of the emblems, destriped the whole hull, replaced cockpit sink, replaced canvas with black.

Pictures kind of suck, since I'm jammed pretty tight into the building.

Much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing it in the water from a bit of a distance.

Now that are no more gold/brass emblems anywhere up top, had to change knobs. Pretty good look, I'm thinking.

No prob at all. I was up there doing some work on it today, and fondled them a little bit.

I have the exact same boat and thank you for sharing all of your mods. I have adopted a few like the led lights and USB for accessory ports. I installed an axiom on the side and SeatalkNG converter which allow it to talk to all of the old stuff. Does yours have the 8.1's? I installed vesselview Bluetooth and it works great to get engine data, codes, and actual hours?

Also, When you pulled the fridge, was the coax for cable from the transom drop ran to a splitter there? They disconnected mine when they put satellite in and Id like to put an AB switch in but cannot find where they put the wire and with the fridge in impossible to reach down there.

Finally, where did you get that sink at, its perfect! Nice canvas, I also swapped to black from the Tan and it is like a new boat!

Please keep updating here these are great mods for this great boat!

So, I have the 7.4 Horizons, and will be installing the Fox Marine gateway to get engine data over to the screens.

And yep, on the splitter behind the fridge. Honestly, the fridge is really easy to pull. First time kinda sucked, but now it's a 5-10 minute job to get back there.

on the 380, when you remove the seat bottom it exposes a handful of screws, remove those and then the back lifts off to remove

Yep, about a 1-minute exercise with a power driver

How's the bottom bench lift off? Mine slides out to make a bed. It only pulls out a certian amount and then stops. any pics?

Not sure on yours. Mine has a two separate bottom cushions, and they just pull right off
