I hope this is the right place to post, this is scott from vector imaging

How is your back doing Scott? I had major back surgery on 7/28/09 so I know how tough that is. What surgeries have they had to do?

Tough to be honest and open but you will see it will benefit you. You hae a support group here and with the great work we here that you do, I am sure things will work out for the best. Don't forget, rent them don't buy them! Just don't let my wife hear me say that...

Wow, that's some story. I was stressed out just reading it. Hope you move through this quickly and get back to life.

The first one was just to trim the disc between L4-L5

the second was the fusion of L4-L5 as the triming did not work, they found bone spurs so they have to go.

the third was due to the surgeon putting the top left bolt in slightly crooked in the 2nd, pinching a nerve and give me excruciating pain so he had to correct the angle

the 4th was the removal of that bolt, they are all actually no longer needed when the fusion is complete, but I just wanted the one out to lessen the down time, this was around the time my fist shipment of burl was long over due so I took the lesser surgery so I wouldn't blow my lead times any more then I had. BUt I still live day to day with pain that has to be controlled by medicine.

Living it has been a nightmare, almost like one of those movies where the good guy gets locked up for nothing, you never really believe something like that happens, until it happens to you

That is the biggest pile of stinking crap that I have ever read. A bunch of cops should lose their badges over this. They completely overreacted and overstepped their bounds, from what you say. A search warrant isn't a search and destroy warrant and possession means possession, not thrown away over the wall.

After you get out from under thing, I hope you nail them to a tree.

to be honest they scare the crap out of me, But I was convinced by a member that I trust wholeheartedly to do something to protect myself and get justice. Hopefully I get it, but all I really want is for it all to go away so I can just concentrate on my work and moving on with my life. My daughter is top in her class, thankfully she is strong enough mentally that this incident didn't effect her education. She is a strong kid, she did cry when she saw her room, I wasn't there to see it and couldn't even comfort her, that hurt me deep.

I'm sorry for your troubles:smt009. They happen to the best of us.

On a lighter note, are you accepting new orders?

Scott,
Holly shixxx,
I am sorry to here your life is going through a huge bump!!!
Hang in there.
I have your dash panels on my boat and it still looks new!!! Zero wear at all...!
Remember, we came up with the LEDs staying below the surface on the system monitor.
It still looks FANTASTIC!!
I will buy from you again.
GOOD LUCK BUDDY,

Nice guys do finish last, alot of the time......BUT, we win in the end.

Mark.

Scott, you will be in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this trial of life. My panels look great and fit perfect.

It took a lot of guts to bare your troubles here but this is a fantastic family and I know these people respect others who own up to their issues and don't hide behind excuses. I am confident most of, even, the folks who have been frustrated will work with you again if you can turn things around as you wish.

Good luck as you navigate life's perils,

MM

Just a note for you BBY88:
I was not originally going to spend the extra bucks for the LED backlighting, but, that changed. It would have been a mistake not to go with the LED's. I am very, very pleased with the LED backlighting and would recommend that treatment.
Also, the panel material that Scott uses is not just acrylic with a thin film on the face. The facing material is a thick built-up layer. Very nice quality material. I went with a black gunpowder effect that is similar to what is used on a Mako. I believe that it is going to look really good when I get it installed in the boat. (That is if it ever warms up here in "Hotlanta"):smt001
BTW, probably the best way to ask him about panels is to e-mail him. He may not be even looking at this thread anymore. His e-mail: scott.cambra@vectorled.com

Yes now that I have plenty of material and can work a full day
I am back up to full force and taking orders. and jerrys is right, my panels are made with a material that is truly UV and weather stable, the burl graphic has to be laid under the sheet of UV acrylic, then backed with a sheet of rigid UV stable material, the whole process takes twice as long to make as just a single piece of material, but it will last years longer then any other material used, this is why I wait as long as it takes to get this stuff, there are plenty of other material that people are using but none of them will last, I tried them all with no luck. I just hope I can regain the confidence of the members so they can benefit from my process.. Also I will be keeping track of this thread and others concerning me, I want to come here at least once a day to check on everything and make sure customers are happy.

The support I have received in this thread has really put my mind at ease, the stress levels I have had caused me to see a therapist to help control my anxiety, it was to the point where when I walked down into my shop I would break out in sweats and get light headed, it was so bad they put me on medication to control it. Thanks for the support again guys, it means more to me then you guys can imagine.

As a very satisfied customer I am pleased to hear you are still with us. Mercy tho.. I was feeling a bit troubled myself but the suckage you went/are going thru certainly makes my concerns pale. Hang in there! I've got to have you redo a panel for me!

Spoke with Scott tonight about my order. He's working hard at filling his orders.

Sure am! I hqave been able to crank out a lot of orders this week! There is no better feeling then getting the jobs done and watching the stack get smaller! If anyone reading this has a long standing order and needs it like now, call me or email me, I have set aside some of my night time off time just for this time of situation,I feel it is the least I can do...Here is pictre of a recent set of Mako and searay panes, note the searay panels have a clear protective coating, that looks dull and scratched, the panels are not, they are in perfect condition when peeled.

Scott

So sorry to hear whats been going on recently. I wish the best and keep your head up. Everything will work out. As one of your past very satisfied customers, just wanted to tell everyone that you had always come thru on your word. Your work is extraordinary

Stand tall and best of everything to you

Regards
Ron

Very nice work and detail....aint it great how the sense of accomplishment is good for the soul?

Scott, I was thinking about ordering a panel from you, but after reading this article, I need a little more convincing that you are a stand up guy. You can prove it by sending me 5 lbs. of the hottest Chorizo you can find in Fall River.

Spent lots of time up your way. My mother was born and raised there. Best of luck. If you ever get in trouble with the Fire Department, give me a call. I know who to pay off...
