Unit is three years old. Within the last couple weeks I replaced all four duck bill valves, the vacuum pressure switch and the heads seals etc... But as it did before I did all of that, it still pumps/cycles about every 20-30 minutes for about 20 seconds at a time. I cannot locate any leaks and am at a loss for what to do next. Thought about maybe adjusting the pressure switch, but have heard some people advise against changing it from the factory setting. Any thought?

Have you cleaned the ball? Quick fix, take a brush - or even paper towels go around the ball while holding your foot down.

Next may be the seals in the unit itself. I had one that was running too much - put in a seal kit that is available (in the head itself) - took care of the problem.

Just a couple of ideas...

Yes sir, cleaned it all. Completely removed the commode from the boat, cleaned from top to bottom and put new seals in etc...

Very likely a leak at a hose or fitting...I have heard you can take shaving cream and coat the joints like you would use soapy water to find an air leak. If a vacuum leak, the shaving cream will "suck" into the leak.

Thanks, I will try and give that a shot this weekend.
