Fresh water distribution manifold

My water manifold developed a leak. After further investigation I found one of the 1/2" male fittings on the manifold is cracked. So I'm going to have to replace it. The manifold has 8 cold and 4 hot leads. Does anyone know where I can get one???:huh:
 
Mine also cracked problem is they don't make that brand anymore I was told. So I had to buy a manifold designed for the home. Are the hoses still available or suitable alternative?
 
The problem is our fittings won't thread onto the new manifold. I had to add adaptors to make them work.

Post a picture of the fitting. I might have spare fittings from when I rebuilt mine.
 
Sorry for late response the adaptors came with the manifold and I adapted them to using “Pex” fittings.
