Do Beaufort NC not Morehead, great waterfront town with lots of places to eat and shop. Short trip to Oriental, Oriental Inn and Marina is pretty cool, swimming pool and tiki bar, very laid back.

We struggled with one engine not starting all time. Seemed like bad switch, nope, turned out bad fuel pump relay. Having 2 do it, doesnt make sense.

It amazes me how much time is spent on rebuilding these pumps. Parts are almost half the cost of a new pump. Frustration is equal to the other half. A new pump, 2 wires and 2 hoses, done.

It may have are popped out because it has gone bad, they are cheap, I would replace it. It is a crankcase ventilation valve.

Look at RV stores

I know Westerbekes were very finicky about new plugs every year or they would put out that sooty black sheen.
