Check to see if both engines get to the maximum RPM. One engine could be working harder than the other, needing more fuel.

If it's an Alpha 1, it's probably a bad shift cable or has to be adjusted. The shift cable attaches to a bracket that's bolted to the exhaust riser. There is a switch on that bracket that interrupts the ignition, so that the dog-clutch in the outdrive can engage/dis-engage. The same cable also...

You can insert the same cup holders that are everywhere else in the cockpit, in those "holes". I think that they are 4.25". West Marine sells the white plastic ones & stainless steel.

I have a small leak near where the water intake hose connects to the foot pedal assembly. Question - How do you remove the plastic foot pedal? Does it just snap right off? I don't want to break it.. Thanks.. (2000 Sundancer 340)..

Also, the generator should charge it's own battery while running (without the charger being turned on).

I have a similar setup and I replaced my charger last year. The charger has 3 output connections, 1 for both port batteries (house), 1 for the starboard engine battery, and 1 for the generator battery.

I stayed there a few weeks ago. Great location.
