Hey! im looking at the same exact boat as yours. It s 98 with the single 7.4 I sold my 1999 290 sundancer with twin 5.0s last year and wanted to get a single for maintenance and just to simplify. We only cruise the bay and sit on the sand bar. i was looking for real world experiences with the boat and was curious on power handling characteristics etc. hows she doing?

What size is your boat. looks like my 21 I am restoring? Don

I read that you build custom arches. I am interested in having this done. I have a 1984 SR 270 SD. My bimini is high so was wondering approximate cost

Hey BBY! Eventually yeah. Just been so busy and focused on getting the "little" things done.

Sorry this took so long to answer. I don't check these visitor messages much.

I just added the radar arch, radar etc etc. She's been on Lake Huron already this year and running great! Just a couple minor little things I'm working through like 2 frustrating little fitting leaks. I think I may have it fixed, but I won't know until I get her out this weekend.

Hows your newly rebuilt rig running?

Getaway is looking great! Glad you managed to get her back up and running for the 2011 season!
