Side note - are you sure about your fridge? Mine is dual voltage and works on AC when plugged into shore power. Irrelevant in the context of the inverter question, but nonetheless thought you might find it interesting.

I would love some pictures of your setup/wiring. My SLX boat does not have the inverter or grill, but I have considered adding it. In yours, was the grill the only thing running off the inverter before you made the change?
