Thanks Bob and Golfman. Golfman, We have about 47k in the 260 including a nice trailer and looking to spend somewhere in the $100k-$150k area on the new one. I am curious, if it is even lower priced boat, is the broker not on a % commission anyway so it is a sliding scale?
We purchased a 2001 freshwater only 260 Sundancer and spent a great deal of time on updating it before we realized that we need a bigger boat but cannot justify buying another one until we can sell the 260. Any feedback would be appreciated!
Am looking for affordable options to spruce up the head floor a bit. Maybe do the same in the cockpit. 2001 model, I am finishing up refit/reno on. Any recommendations or suppliers and/or other ideas are very welcome and THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION!

Thank you so much to the both of you. Mine was originally a norcold, I know the much. I will look into the link you sent Ducky, again much obliged to you both.
Hello all, would someone be so kind as to recommend a replacement and also, what size mine is. I have looked EVERYWHERE (no manual came with boat) and I cannot find the original model or specs so I don't have the info to search for a proper replacement. TIA!!
