I blew my 5.7 last year....sicking feeling for sure, nso I feel for you. I bought a long block direct from Mercruiser....runs great to date. I looked at Jasper and Michigan Motors....cost was comparable for a new long block....good luck

I have a 330 Dancer with 5.7l and the question I have is on the engine temps. My starboard engine will read 160 and my port engine will read 170...it doesnt go any higher but i have a small concern on the 10 degree difference. Is this normal or is this something that needs to addressed ? Thanks...
