Just spent the past week dealing with this issue. Thanks to all the comments on here I was able to diagnose my issue quickly. Port engine shut off on me abruptly. I could not get her to start. Got back on one engine to the marina and did some research.
Tested the unit and it was not getting any...
Update On CGIII
I tried the schrader valve on bypass and no go unfortunately. I tested power to the pump and it was not getting any. Checked the relays and one had a burnt contact. Replaced that and still no go..Finally I replaced the entire pump and PRESTO!
Seems the pump likely also fried...
I am about 100 hours since my last service. So I will try the bypass valve first and if that resolves the issue I know I have a faulty one. Will need to change the fuel filters anyway for service. I leave the oil change up to the marina lol. Will report back ty!

I am having similar issues. My port engines is always more full than my starboard side. I believe its a sensor issue, they usually take about the same amount when I refuel. On the gauges it says my starboard side is always 1/4 below port side.
The new helm comes with ORB fittings and the old with NPT. You will likely need an adapter to make the connections.
The old Seastars had NPT ports, the new helms are ORB-5 ports. You will likely need adapter fittings. Let me know how it works out.

Did you have any resolution to this? What did you replace it with? I need to replace mine this week. No significant leak based on the fluids, but air entering from bad seal. Hard to turn the wheel and makes a squeaking noise when I do to either port or star. Going to replace the whole hydraulic...
Remember to apply some silicone on the base of the new switch.
Be careful of those wires they dont give much play, I attached one to the new switch and then took off the other.
