Ok, The trip from Knoxville to Old Hickory is very doable as long as the boat is on the TN river. Again just verify if any locks are closed

If the boat is on the TN river in Knoxville you can get it back to Old Hickory lake. I don't know schedules of lock closures but the route is very doable. What marina are you in? I am on Old Hickory

Thanks, very helpful. Open to getting a mechanical inspection. Need to go see the boat and close on it or move on Friday. Its in the Lake Lanier, GA area. Asking all the questions as I know enough to be dangerous. Haven't been in the small boat market in a long time.
