2002 sundeck cool fuel pump

It's on the power steering cooler. Does it beep at low speeds or high ? Does your scanner show a value for WPS ? Should be between 1 and 17 about.
 
checked fuel pressure, it was showing 10psi.
If this is a EFI you need a min of 30PSI ,if MPI you need min 42psi on the rail
 
Well replaced the fuel pump, IAC again with a Mercruiser one, new thermostat, and new water pump impeller. Flushed everything. Still hard to start, dies at idle, beeps every 2 minutes. Checked sensor on p/s cooler. Im lost
 
Post #12 says hard start before the grounding. Which Cool fuel ? How about a complete tune up ? plugs, wires, cap. fuel filters ? Check compression while you change out plugs.
you gotta check off the basic stuff first

Do another fuel pressure test.

Running at 3,000-3,500 rpm, what’s the fuel pressure?

The hard starting issue.....is that EVERY time you try to start it?
Or only when the engine is hot?
Or only on a cold start when sitting for a few days?

Hard to believe it's doing all this beeping and not setting a code
How about having the Rinda plugged in when the beeping happens.
Usually no code means a fuel issue.
