Lake Saint Clair Peeps

Is this what you do for a living?
We do boat lettering and carpets on the side, we are a Corinthian dealer. If you were at Mac Ray last year we did a 45 Sea Ray with Teak/Black, the guys name is Max he is a cop I Don’t remember the name on the boat but he was docked next to a boat named Good Times. If you want PM an email and I will send you some pictures.

We plan on probably staying on it Friday night and going to orientation Saturday morning the 27th. We'll probably be there all day the 27th cleaning and cutting down on fuel mileage (loading it):D:D.
My ass will be in.route to Cabo the 28th no orientation for me..I just do it tell somebody says hey..you cant do that which I reply I'm very sorry and didnt realize I wasnt suppose to be doing it..65% of the time it works all the time lol

I had mine done by Lakeshore Boat Top in 2017. I didn't know you did this, but will definitely keep you in mind for the future.

Rich the ramps worked well. The only thing about them is being 10' long they seem to bow more than I thought they would. They didn't feel unsafe by know means, but I think I am going to rig up some kind of leg (maybe just a 4x4) to place under the center for a little extra confidence. Oh yeah it don't have my truck squatted down in the back. That's just the way I lifted it. I put a 3" leveling kit on the front and left the rear stock. I'm from Tennessee and that's just a hillbilly thang. :D:D
Here's a couple pictures with it on the ramps.View attachment 67458 View attachment 67459

Well if you see a small orange T flag on the back of a boat, it's probably me.

I'm in Sassy on the way to Club Capri.
Oh, when you quoted my golf cart post I thought you were in MacRay. We'll keep an eye out on the water then. We mostly hang out in Fisher, Barenaked, or Goose Bay. Hope to see you out there.

Seeing you guys are local to this i saw a pair of nautly dinghy davits on craigslist last night new for $700 ,not mine just sayin.

Thanks, I talked to him when I was looking for golf carts. Thought maybe I would get the whole package and sell which ever dinghy was in the worst shape, his or mine that I have now. I'm still trying to talk myself out of calling him back and getting the davits. So far it's working.

Edit: I just checked Craigslist and I think I see the ones you are talking about in Oxford. Thanks again

Did anyone get the e-mail from MacRay about the new live web cam of the flag and Poormans? I think it could be handy for all boaters on Lake St. Clair. Check wind speed and direction, lake conditions, and how busy Poormans is. I was looking at it a couple hours ago and there was a boat a couple hundred yards out. Here's the link to it if anyone is interested.

The camera is aimed higher now. More privacy for boaters on Evergreen, less fun for viewers. :D

I don't blame them. Somehow, my docks over the last 2 decades have had a great view, until I realize that those docks ARE a view... (even without cameras)

Hey everyone - Hope to be a new to me SR owner by Memorial weekend and will keep in a slip in LSC. A couple general question for the group: how often should you have the bottom cleaned? Is it scraped or pressure washed? How much is it $$per/ft? Thx!
