Westerbeke 4.5 timing marks

I had to replace the timing belt on my Westerbeke 4.5 BCGTC gen in my 1999 340 sundancer.
I am going to retorque the heads, adjust the valves and check the timing. My question concerns the timing marks, I marked the one on the crank but do not see before and after top dead center markings on the front cover to line up the timing marks with. Has anyone had this problem with their gen or am I just not seeing it.

I myself would not retorque 20 year old cylinder head bolts and possibly upset threads that may be threaded into a water jacket. Go ahead and adjust the valves and timing. Re: the timing I would refer to an owners manual. Should be easy enough to find online.
