The oil was below the sign. I thought it more valuable to post the cost information as opposed to a box of 3, 1-gallon container! ;)

That’s a great price! Wish I could use the multi viscosity.
Unfortunately, I use straight 30 weight Rotella and Costco never has that deal.

And besides, this is Shell Rotella T4 15W40. That's oil for Diesels. :D

Why can’t we get this sideways pic problem figured out on this forum?
You shouldn’t have to crop everytime.

That’s a lot of peanut butter for $30 :)

JVM - I used Rotella 40w in my 410 and use the same in my current tranny's - I found that Tractor Supply always has a good price. I know where you are you are using 30W...

I’ve been getting it in one gallon jugs at Walmart for about $14.00 a gallon. The only problem is that my local Walmart usually only has 4 or 5 on the shelf at any one time so it takes several visits to get the 14 gallons I need to do the motors and generator so I start stocking up early.
Although I have to use the Reverso to fill the genny because of its location, I prefer to pour the oil in to the motors and find the 1 gallon jugs easier to handle than 5 gallon pails.

14 gallons? Holy moly. I thought my 4.5 gallons was a lot.

When I last bought oil it was from Tractor Supply... a 5 gallon bucket was $12/gl...

I'm with you on the 1 gallon jugs! I have to get 22 for my engines and genny. My Reverso is a geared impeller pump rather than a rubber impeller pump, so I use it to put oil back in.

Then you really wouldn't like the 22 gallons for the 58DB two MANs and genny.

lol! Those big Cats take 6 1/2 gallons each and some relatively expensive filters but I more than make it up on fuel economy.

JVM, have you tried ordering it online for delivery to your store? No additional charge for that.

I was able to do it one year but last year and this past fall they didn’t have the straight 30 weight in one gallon jugs on their website.

My reasoning for pouring it in is a bit flawed but aside from the smaller jugs being easier to handle, I like to know that it’s going in clean rather than through the dirty Reverso pump and hose.
All part of what my wife says my OCD is all about.
It bothers me that I use the Reverso to fill the generator, but there really is no other way to do it gracefully.
