Where do you guys buy starboard at? I need some for my arch hinge project.
We don't have marine stores in our area.

Defender. West marine. Hamilton marine. Probably find it on Amazon too.

I bought a piece that was custom cut to size, and you can choose witch edges and corners you want to be rounded over. I’m on the road, but will try to find my receipt. I used it under my radar mount, worked great.

Boat Outfitters is great for custom cut King Starboard. They also make circles, with or without a center circle cut out. They will do special angles too if you call them.

Thank you guys. I just ordered some from Ebay. They had a good price for what I need.

Starboard is a brand name, fyi. It's actually HDPE (high density polyethylene). Another major brand is Taco Marine. But if you look for HDPE, you might find it more readily and/or cheaper. McMaster Carr could be an online source.

My buddy bought a piece at Home Depot Friday for a project he has going on. Suppose it depends on where you are. Everything down here is all about boats. We're in Ft Myers

I’ve bought a few pieces online for random rough projects over the years.
But if you need it fabricated for a specific project with various cuts, corners, etc. you are probably better off going through Dave’s source.
The stuff ain’t cheap and one wrong cut can cost you a lot of money.
Last time I needed something more complex made up I made templates and had them custom made by a local shop.

I ended up canceling the eBay order because the seller messaged me and said he had some scraps he could make me a deal on, so I sent him what I needed and he gave me a price that was double the original price.
Seemed kind of shady.
I ordered some samples from Boat Outfitters.

I bought enough off of eBay a few years ago to line the bunks on my 260DA trailer. Counter sunk the screws and amazing how slick the stuff is......no issues at all and much cheaper than Boat Outfitters.
