Need help fridge and stove no power 1992 sea ray 300 sundancer

I think I might be stating the obvious, but all the breaker are off except converter

Also, can you list the things you've already checked? One person's "basics" can be quite different from another's.

Do all of your AC outlets work?
You answered the question about the outlets, but what about regarding the stove and fridge? What does "I have looked over the basics" mean? Knowing that can help us help you.

Yes the fridge is turned on, on the inside and dialed to max setting. Yes the fridge is listed as 110/12 v. I believe it is powered by the outlets breaker I will check voltages .

Looks like (as Dennis posted) the fridge is probably powered from the outlets switch on the panel in the cabin.
As for the 12/110 part, if that was O.E. there would be a 12V switch some where for the fridge, most likely at the helm.
If you have all switches on (12 and 110) for the said appliances and they still don't work, get you DVOM out.
Pull the panel or pull the fridge, start somewhere. 6 screws on the panel or 6-10 screws on the fridge.
You could have a tripped GFI where the fridge plugs in, and a bad ac/dc converter on the back of the fridge.

Okay so I measured all the power across the control panel Breakers with the breakers off I have 120 volts across to everyone the refrigerator is hardwired all switches at the helm are on GFI in the head has been replaced so where do I go from here?

Post a picture of your electrical panel in the cabin and of the breaker panel in the cockpit or bilge and we can help a lot more.
Okay so I measured voltage across all circuit breakers on the power panel what the circuit breaker is in the off position and they all read a hundred twenty volt GFI and the head has been replaced the refrigerator is hardwired into the system and still no power all switches at the helm are on where do I go from here?

It's a little confusing following what you're saying without any punctuation...

Do we assume you measured with the breakers "on"?

There has to be a fuse somewhere for the fridge - odd that it's hardwired, but it's been a while since I worked on a 1992. Seems strange, though. Does it look "factory"?

Helm switches are 12V - they are not connected to a GFCI - you wrote that they are "on" GFCI?

What other "basics" did you check?

BUT... if you have power at the source, but not at the appliance... the problem is with the + or - wire in between. You'll have to do some more tracing or run new wires.

I measured The Breakers in the off position they measure 120 volts
Now when I did this the air conditioning breaker was on and also the converter switch was on air conditioning was running fine if the breakers are all in the on position why am I not getting a reading out of them?
Yes the fridge is hardwired and all equipment on this boat is Factory original
Yes I understand the GCF I has nothing to do with a 12-volt system I change the GCF I because the test + reset on it was not working so I changed it out

What is also puzzling me is that the stove has its own dedicated circuit breaker and is still dead

Haven't done that yet it's not going to be easy to do that because of where the wire is located under the counter

When searching for a problem I always try to exclude as many things I can measure.
Incoming voltage breaker: ok
Outcoming voltage breaker: ok
Incoming voltage device: ok
device broke.

with any other result then ok you also know where to look further and you can exclude other things.

On our previous 310Da the fridge was 12v and the fuse was on the rightside panel next to the steering wheel.

So, you have 120V on BOTH sides of the breaker, even when it's turned OFF?
I measure 120 volts 120 volts when the circuit breakers are in the off position when the circuit breakers are in the on position I don't get any voltage am I doing something wrong? All circuit breakers are like this

Okay there is a right side panel on this 300 I'll have to take a look tomorrow and see if there is a fuse and that wiring conjunction. This is a 110/12 volt fridge.

Depence on where on the breaker you measure.
When the breaker is in off position you only measure 120v on 1 side of the breaker. When you measure 120v on both sides of the breaker in off position your breakers are broke.
