Twin I-6's? No wonder it's still around! Be sure to denote which grandchild gets it in your will! ;)

ahhhhhh, a man with the same boat, i just picked up a 1973 240srv flybridge just like yours yesterday. i tell you what a lot of people have complimented on the boat. i just absolutlly love it, it was love at first site, i dont think ill ever want to sell it either, there very roomy and still very trailerable. i also have twin inline six mercruisers with elephant ear props steering bar.could you post some more picts of the boat? maybe some of the motors? ill get some of mine posted also, thanks, erik

That is a good looking boat. Very similar to my buddy's Dad's 75 SRV 245.

I've got it's big brother, but I don't know how to post up the picture. Can somebody help? I know boats, not computers.

you can post a new quate or edit your recent post but either way roll down to "additional options", you'll see "manage attachments", click on it, box will pop up browse a pict on your computer, click up load, and thats about it, i would love to see the 300, i will be keeping my eyes out for one here in california, erik

Nice looking boats guys. I agree the classics are great! Will keep looking for more photos and will try and post some of my baby!!!

Easy enough but my "owned attachments" appears to be full. I don't even know whats there, and I don't see a way to delete anything. Am I a dumbass or what?!

catalog info ; anybody have the canvas for the aft area?

well if you need the full delta canvas cover that covers the entire boat, i have it and its in perfect condition for making a pattern, i have a really good uphulstery guy here in california who has a digitizer and can copy anything? let me know, i also can post pics of anything, i would love to see more pics of your boat? hey pancake, where did you get that old brochure pict? its looks exactlly like my 1973 because of the alluminum post that help support the flybridge, also the flybridge is a little shorter in 73, those kind of brochure picts make my day, kinda hard to find, erik

Goofy4glass ,i'll see what other pics i can come up with gimme a few days, i got the owner manual brochure from searay over 10 yrs ago, its mostly generic stuff. i homemade my own aft canvas, it came out ok but was wondering how the original fit and was cut/made. somewhere i have the actual color sales brochure from that era w the entire SRV lineup including a flybridge example. here is the first page unfortunately the jpeg is too large to post on this forum

pancake

shamutoo, you may have shrink/crop your pics to make them fit within the parameters allowed under attachments

Great Boats Guys!! I have the same model and it's done me well the past 4 years. I'm bringing here home in a few weeks from her summer duty on lake Ontario and will be diving in to some new restoration projects. I look forward to sharing ideas with fellow owners this fall and winter.

Hi. Just joined and I am a new owner of what appears to be a 1974 240 Fly Bridge. trying to find out exact model, but even Sea Ray can't seem to help. Would like to canvass specs though if possible.
