I don't think there is one. CO monitors are supposed to be direct-wired to a battery, I'm pretty sure mine are. I checked my manual and there is no in-line protective fuse required in the install diagram. Do you have Fireboy Sentinel units? If so, if you pop off the cover there is a plug at the lower left corner of the PCB. That's the only way I know to cut off power to the unit, also a good place to check for voltage to see if there is power to the unit.

Sir I found the 1amp fuses in the DC electrical panel. There is 1 for each monitor. Remove the top 6 screws panel
folds down. They r located right there. I
Should have taken picture, sorry.

New Topic: Who has a stern thruster?

Tell us the make, model and some info about who and how the install went. A ball park cost would be appreciated as well.

I have been roughly handled by wind several times recently. I need tool to help me. Would rather pay myself than insurance/other boaters/marinas.

My boat has a vetus 95 both bow and stern I believe. According to a spac sheet that came with the boat in 2004 when new it was a
Additional 17.5k.

Great info! Our 390 came with a Vetus bow thruster when delivered new as well. I will have to look at the cost.

Florida Bow Thruster specializes in thruster installation using mobile teams. Their list of previous installs does include 390/40 MY stern thruster work. They have been reviewed by others on this forum. Recommend getting a quote from them to compare with what you get locally. Web site is https://www.floridabowthrusters.com.

FWIW, I've got my cockpit canvas set up so that I can rapidly open up the sides and back to reduce the sail area. I find that this helps quite a bit in windy conditions.

Mine has both front and rear. The 17.5k was for the additional rear I believe.

Has anyone replaced the aft cabin bed (the actual mattress)? If so, where did you get the replacement.
I had a custom boat mattress made several years ago. The company was called Sea Comfort and was an OEM supplier to Sea Ray. It was a subsidiary of a larger mattress company but they have closed out their business. I also looked at a company called Handcraft. They have reps around the country who will come by and measure; website is https://www.boatbeds.com.

A number of folks have done a DIY version by getting a foam mattress and trimming it to fit. The footprint of the master bed follows that of a standard queen except for the inward flare at the bottom of the bed. I added a topper to mine using the same process. An electric carving knife works well to do the trimming.

Replacing my VHF antenna. Was wondering if anyone had done this. Going to try taping new antenna wire to old to snake thru.

My wife and I purchased a 2006 40MY in June of this year with 480 Cummins and have been enjoying it since. We purchased the boat from BE Marine on Lake Michigan and had the upper station disassembled and shipped to Jacksonville, FL where it was reassembled and now resides.

We are finding the carpet in the aft cabin on the port side of the bed getting wet and I cannot locate the source. We opened the rear window to clean when we first got it here and it leaked when we put it back in but after tightening the clamps the leak is now sealed (tested with a water hose). I am fairly confident the carpet issue is non-related to the rear window. Visually, all the porthole windows do not show any signs of leaking nor does the ceiling. I have pulled the drawer next to the bed and opened the access panel in the hanging locker and cannot find any evidence of moisture (bone dry on the fiberglass shell)..

Has anyone had a similar issue and any suggestions as to where this water could be coming from would be appreciated.
YES! we have the same issue and the problem is the shower box float switch sometimes gets stuck, box gets full, the condensate line can't push into it then it leaks.

We purchased a blazemaster professional grill and built a stainless mounting deck off of the center of the swim platform. Works great and we LOVE IT

Does anyone know how to remove the TV in the aft stateroom(06 MY)?Can't seem to find anything. Pulled the access panel to the salon ac's and found the salon TV bolts for removal, but can't access the aft. Any suggestions?
