What is this pole?

I just bought a 2016 SLX 250 from a private seller. He gave us two of these poles with the boat but did not recall what they were. The top swivels. Does anyone know?

Did you get a cockpit cover with it? Cause I'm guessing support poles for the cover. One in the rear, one further forward. Can't say I've seen those swivel tops before.

I did! There’s a cover for the bow and another one for the cockpit/aft. Thanks!
