Underwater Drones

I saw an ad today for an underwater drone. Remote controlled, wireless, video feed to a smartphone or tablet, just like air drones. The one I saw also recorded depth and water temp.

I started searching and found that there are a few of these out there. Price starts about about $500 and runs up from there.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with these?

Not yet. I didn't know they existed. I'd get one, but you can't see anything in the green Chesapeake Bay water. I'd have to find one with "feelers" on it.

Sounds like Puget Sound where on a good day you can see 3 feet...
