We have a couple of spots on the sun deck and bench seat that we can't remove. What works for something like that? Also is there protectant that will help?

not really sure what they but assume lake water

Have you tried Marine Spray 9? That seems to work for about 99% of the spots I get on my white seats. I had a couple of spots that were difficult to remove last year (no idea what they were), and a friend recommended Marine31. That worked. It also made the vinyl soft and supple again. I try to avoid using it as I can tell is has lots of bleach in it, and I'm worried that it would destroy the stitching.

Try a little bleach/water mix. Put it on a white (can you guess why?) rag or paper towel and let it sit for a few minutes. You won't damage the vinyl in any way - just avoid the stitching (hence the dampened rag for control).

Tried Simple Green and soft scrub , gonna try Spray 9 . Does 303 marine protection help?

Does it get much sun, usually I found that’s my best friend, hot sunny days are the best for removing stains

Did you try using the bleach the way I mentioned?

Other things that could work, depending on what's in the water... Slimy Grimy or, if it's iron based, Iron Out.

Place a small dab of Soft'nScrub with bleach on it and let it sit for a while in the hot sun. Wipe it up and clean the seat with a good vinyl protection product.
