Upgrade I did awhile back, added stainless steel blue led courtesy lights to replace the crappy plastic hot ones...
Sorry, the image is bad, the blue led is not handled very well by my phone... I should have taken a pic with the light off...

@Todd320 Love the flooring and and steps ? Got links?
I had a local company install, Tampa Bay Yacht Masters, they will either install or sell you the raw materials, teach you how to install, and provide advice. My guess is the hardest part was getting the sub floor level, and then cutting the pieces to fit the storage compartments. Well worth the 3500, we are planning a new (Used) boat in 2 years, and will factor in a 10k flooring expense if the boat has carpet... I still don’t understand why manufacturers put carpet anywhere on a boat.

Love the LED light look both in cockpit and inside. Is the switch to LED simple?

How do you guys add shade to the aft seating area? Does the Taylor Anchor Shade work or are you guys having a custom bimini made that attaches to the radar arch? Think I remember seeing someone make one by clipping the bimini fabric to the existing arch canvas then supporting it by two poles on the rear gunnels?

As far as shade goes, we finally purchased the ttopcovers products ultimate shade. Great setup. The fabric is super stretchy, it works while under way, but the wind can push it down and block visibility when looking behind you. So far, we love it. Most installs they put an attachment in the center point, but they stated mine did not need it, I would argue that underway, it’s needed.
See it in the pic below, two retractable poles, so you can adjust the angle of the shade, and then stretchy fabric that attaches to the poles with clips, and then attaches to the Bimini or arch (either with clips or suction cups, since I have the soft top, I attached with clips in 5 locations.

Switch to LED was pretty simple, I figured out what size bulb was installed, then found suitable LED replacements. I believe they were festoon LEDs of a particular size (29mm, or 31mm, etc), bought a few to ensure it would fit, then bought more in the blue color, although red might have been more appropriate on my boat...

Anyone install or have a full closed cooling system? From my research the 5.7 MAG is a raw water cooled engine but Mercruiser makes a kit to close the system? Offers a 1/2 and full kit? Any advantages to installing a full loop kit?

320 DAs have either 5.7 or 6.2, I have 5.7 MPI, closed cooling, but not a kit, came that way.

Port fuel gauge is wonky. Both analog and digital smart craft levels show innaccurately for stretches. Maybe a sticky sending unit? I filled up and it showed 34 gals for about 20 mins then went to full , after running, it then didnt reflect the burn off. Are they fixable or just replace?

All I have a 2003 320 Sundancer and I need Sea Ray part#1685702 ACTUATOR, ELEC HATCH LIFT 18"12V INLINE 1 has anyone replaced theirs and where do I find these? I thank you for your assistance.
Did you find an actuator? If so where is the place to order a couple

Measure the base of yours (ignore the piston), if it’s 28” or so, I have an Acculift brand new one for sale, 150$+shipping. If it’s 24”, then you can order from MarineMax directly, I have 2 on order now, 365$ a piece.

I ordered them and installed only one so far. It appears they drilled the hole going thru the carpet oversized and the light shows badly on the top and bottom. Was yours this way and if so what did you use the fill in the gaps?

Here is a pic from last weekend, so the screw did not hold the light in place for you? For me, I put a new hole about an 1/8” maybe 1/16) above the existing one, but I really did not think the holes matched up, so I carefully drilled new ones, being sure to only go through the carpet about 1/2” depth...
With this closeup, you can see the oval footprint from the old fixture, but it is not noticeable unless you get up close, like about a foot away or so...

Yeah, I wish mine was that small...Prob about a 1" hole. just enough to be able to fit the 2 screws in. I found myself wanting a trim ring of some sort...Not sure what to do from here...I'll think of something.
Thx.
