Anybody have knowledge of /experience with , or know where to find same with regard to adjusting a TNT swim platform ? Mine is not sitting square with the transom. Port side seems to always be just a little lower than flush. I have looked around on I net and have not been able to find any good answers. Hopefully somebody here can help.

Based on the picture of your boat in your details, I’m not sure anyone here will be able to help you - must be a very large TNT lift!!

LOL Totally understand, the swim platform on that vessel held a Lamps Helicopter, easily 50 sailors, plus assorted goodies. The platform I am requiring about is on a 1998 500DA

Skip, Do a search for TNT swim platforms. Many a discussion about such. I did not have a platform lift but the ones i was around that tilted usually involved the hydraulic rams etc... Good luck, JC

I tired a search on CSR. You are right about a lot of discussion about swim platforms but none I can find about how to adjust the level.. The search goes on...…...

I maybe and probably 100% wrong but there is no adjusting because the rams have malfunctioned. I think some people had them rebuilt while others bought new replacements. There used to be several captains that discussed what they did. Sorry I can not be of more help! JC

Occasionally, my platform does not come up even, but it will bypass the one that is all the way up and it lifts the lower side fully. Have you tried to keep the switch on? It may move very slow, but will lift.

Hello Skip, We had the same problem.
I put some hard plastic between bar and platform on that side that was lower.
Just make a hole in the plastic where the screw goes that connects the platform with the steel bar.
This was our first job when boat was transported to our birth.

Another problem what we have is that when a bit of weight difference on the sides of the platform, the platform slants. For sure the seals in the cilinders are not that good anymore after all those years and that internal seal leaks causes the slanting.
Upcoming winter I remove the hydraulic cilinders and place new ones. Hope that problem will be solved too.

srry for the bad condition of the ship on the pictures. All looking great at this moment.

Thanks for the help and ideas. Its only off by maybe a half inch, but to my eye it may as well be a foot. LOL. Next haul out I will see what I can figure out.
