New 120amp alternator into system

When we got the boat in 2005 it had the original alternators on it. I had a real electrician replace them with two 70 AMP. That was the max size based on the wires on the boat. Your boat will have an automatic connect between the batteries that when one is low the other will feed it if it is fully charged. So we infect have a 140AMPs to charge all the batteries. On our jetboat we have one 90AMP alternator and it has doll V belt pullies. I looked at putting in a 100+ alternator but the costs were to high two 70 AMPs seem to be enough the charge the 10 six volt house batteries on a 10 hour run.

The new 120Amp alternator has an internal regulator but I'm looking at getting a Balmar 614 anyways. Just trying to figure that out now. Not sure what other related components except for higher gauge wire.
Yeah Get some nice tinned copper wire and you will be on your way.
