LED Festoon Bulbs

One of the overhead lights on the sundeck of my 380AC went out. It is a 12v/10w festoon bulb. I bought a couple at West marine ($5.79 for a 2 pack) but I see that there are LED festoon bulbs available. Are these a plug and play application? If so how do you determine wattage equivalent for the LED? Thanks.

I got these for all the cockpit courtesy lights and arch lights. Work well. I got the amber ones because I think the attract fewer bugs than white or blue. The wattage seems to work. If they're too bright, you can turn the LEDs to point inward.

I replaced every light but my Nav lights with various LEDs from Marine Beam. They have worked flawlessly.
