I am glad she made it, regardless of the circumstances. Would have been a real shame not to have her on the Court.

I predict the vote to confirm will get pushed back until after the election.

Why? Susan Collins today announced she would vote No to ACB. Expect Murkowski and Romney to follow with her, putting the vote at 50/50 with Pence being the tie breaker.

Expect a few of the squishy republican senators running in tight races to have a full on assault not to vote, or vote no. All it will take is just one to flip, an easy target.
 
Collins and Murkowski will be done. ACB is a fantastic nomination.
 
I can imagine Romney walking out and emitting a dramatic thumbs-down as though it was his idea.
 
I loved hearing the Senator from Idaho announce the real facts yesterday morning. Smacked the Dems arguments about the legality of the nomination and process. ACB sounds incredibly intelligent. And then gets asked if she has ever sexually assaulted anyone. That is disgusting.

In front of the country and her kids.... it’s not like she hasnt been vetted for her job now and then again for the Supreme Court nominee... beyond disgusting.... just another reason not to go to Hawaii.... anyone that would vote for Hirono is not a place I want to be

Truly frightening that these senators have law degrees, and at some point in their life actually used them.
