SDX270 OB. The boat has a natural list to the starboard side at the rear, maybe an inch to 1.5 inches. If you look at pictures online, you will see they all do, and I asked a few others who confirmed theirs does as well.
I have dual group 31 batteries under the rear seat, at about cockpit level, one just port of centerline, the other is just starboard of centerline.
It would be fairly easy to move the one starboard of centerline to a port storage area, and deeper into the boat. Would removing those 67 lbs from starboard of centerline and adding to the fully port side of the boat make enough difference? If my wife sits on the boat by herself in a full port seat, if mostly levels it out, and she is about 115 lbs or so, and I am thinking that removing 67 pounds from starboard and adding it back in to port is roughly the same?

What do you think, will it level it? Easy to move the one battery, maybe an hour or 2 project.

I don't see any pics that make it appear that way. But, I don't doubt what you are saying. I'd think it is related to water, fuel or waste water storage. Does it do the same with no water in the tank, or does it change with fuel level? If so, you will still have the problem after moving the batteries... it'll just be to the port side instead.

If you look closely in a port and starboard photo in water online, it is pretty clear, looking at water level vs hull lines. Anyhow, all 3 tanks are down the centerline and not any noticeable difference with levels. Now, put 6 or so people on board and it mostly levels out. There is the power steering pump unit and all it’s hydraulic hoses and the trim tab pump both far rear and starboard. I assume those are part of the cause for the list. Might be intentional design as there is more seating down the port side so they pre-ballasted the starboard, hard to say.

Did you try going faster? It may not help, but it won't hurt. :)

Just kidding. I wouldn't worry about it. There are always changes in balance, wind, speed, waves, load and everything else, so it'll never be in perfect balance. If it is, as soon as someone gets on board with a cooler, it will list differently. It's a great boat, great looking, and looks like tons of fun. Enjoy!

Personally, I'm more upset that our boat arrives this week, and we already have weather that's too cold to use it. We have to keep it under wraps for the next 5 months.

So I did relocate the starboard battery to the far port side. It did correct the list. Boat sits level in water when empty now.

Now my lawn needs work! Did your wife point out this problem to you? Al Gore has promised it will get warmer.

Glad you got it worked out, Paul! Now that we have the boat in the water, I notice that cross winds cause a list too, and I can level it with the trim tabs. I don't know if your boat has them.

Arminius, not sure how you do it... but you managed to turn a battery/list post into a political post.

Mine lists to port when sitting, about 1.5 inch difference per the trim tab cylinders. Hot water tank and batteries both on port side, could move either but too much work, can live with it.
