I have a 2005 340 Sundancer. Has anyone replaced the rollers on the cabin slider door? Trying to find out what size the trucks (rollers) are. They have them at boatoutfitters.com but have different heights. Thanks

I think I can help you with this. I've had my hatch door out several times and I completed this exact repair in 2016. I obtained parts from BoatOutfitters.com. My door tended to sag, so I added a third truck to the bottom track and to the top track (in in the center of the door, between the existing tracks) to help keep the door from sagging in the heat. Replace all your trucks while you're at it. I replaced my upper track because it was broken.

This is what I used from BoatOutfitters: (1) Boat sliding door upper track SKU 148-1164-53, length, 53". (3) Boat Sliding Door Truck B, .975" tall, SKU 016-1038 (This is for the upper track). (3) Boat Sliding Door Track A, .885" tall, SKU 016-1037 (This is for the lower track).

Good luck,
Tim

Could you tell us how to remove the door and the tracks? Is this a one person job? Thanks!

It is a one person job. To remove the door, remove the screws that hold the door to the trucks and the door comes right out. The upper track required more effort. For the upper track, remove the dashboard instrument panel (just unscrew it and pull it out...the wires in there are long enough to set the instrument panel out of your way - I think I removed my compass as well so I could get another hand in there) so you can get behind there and see the track. I had to use a stubby screwdriver to remove the screws, because I didn’t have anything powered that would fit in there.
