One of the features I absolutely love about the the 460 Sundancer is its' grand cockpit; although, the factory table is just not up to par for dining in this area. A change was needed, so my wife and I ran across this teak-like table which is expandable by 14" (Leaf folds up under main portion of the table!) Since we are fresh water boaters, I was not too concerned about the hardware not being stainless and eventually, may change it all out.

The new table is now big enough for 8-10 people to sit around and enjoy! :)

Happy boating!

No go.

That's a great idea, I was thinking about doing the same. The factory cockpit tables are too small for the area.

Looks really nice and makes more sense...I love your enclosure too

The PO just had the enclosure redone prior to our purchase. There are privacy curtains that snap in and with the cockpit ac/heat it makes for a very nice relaxing area.

Love 460DA's. That table looks great. Not a fan of Camper tops but that does make a nice sun room!

Nice table. Gives a classy look to the "sunroom".
I'm a fan of the camper, despite its multiple panels, because it doubles the living space on a 460DA. But you need the cockpit heat/AC to make it practical. We tend to spend all our time there no matter the weather.

Jaws, I totally agree that the cockpit AC and Heat is a must for this back area. The camper back was not high on my list of wants, but the PO really got it right with this one! Now we absolutely love this area for entertaining! Just a fabulous boat like you told me!

would you be interested in selling your old table.
i just purchased a 2004 460 da and the table is missing.
please let me know
thank you

I'm always curious about the Sea Ray cockpit tables....it seems so obvious to have a cockpit table that accommodates and properly fits all of the seating spaces. Yet, practically every owner, including myself, are unhappy with the standard table sizes that the factory gives you. What gives? Now I know there are aftermarket upgrades of all shapes, sizes and materials so no need to show what you have or found....but can someone tell me what the design folks at Sea Ray were thinking on this subject??

Hello Mark,
Congrats on your purchase of the new to you 460! I'm sure you're going to absolutely love the boat! I see in your signature that you had a 540DA previously? May I ask why you scaled down to a 460DA?

As far as the stock table goes for the 460 that I had, soon after I posted this post someone from Chicago contacted me and I sold it to them. Have you looked on Flounder Pounder?

Good luck!
Stuart
