I can’t get past they named it Acid. Makes me think my face will melt if I smoke one.

I’m back to Rocky Patel Edge Maduros. I’m trying to grow hair on my chest.

You ever smoked an Acid 5 maduro? So good. I haven’t tried the acid 20’s yet, need to though. Which Acids do you prefer?

I haven’t gotten to that one yet but have found that the Drew Estates group has many amazing brands within it.

To El Capitan’s point, I don’t get the brand name either but there’s no denying that they’re excellent.

My day to day smoke is the Blondie. It’s a bit sweet initially but I lean towards smaller ring gauges and they make for a pleasant half hour smoke around the fire.

I often say that I’ll smoke anything once but don’t think I’ll smoke Mexican or Jamaican cigars again.

I keep a tin of Acid candelas in the car for a quick “snack” too.

Try blondie maduros and also maduro marado (purple band) in the tin, some of my favs

I will. Thanks for the tip.

:)

Today is wash the boat top to bottom in preparation for waxing.

Beautiful out today but it’s snowed the past 2 days.

Just looked them up, as I have never heard of them. They look absolutely delicious, I like the oily wrapper thing. I had tried another cigar with that and it was a great cigar because of that. ACIDS are a nice cigar, but these look to be a very nice cigar.

That Bolivan is a very nice smoke, hard to find.

Yeah I realy like that royal corona, bought it from duty free shop in Beirut before the explosion.

Someone gave me a box (5) of cuban guantanameras 20 or so years ago. They were so good that Ive kept the box all these years but have never had another.

I last bought them 2,5 years ago and they sold 20 in a box and each in cigar shaped plastic bottle with breathing cap. Maybe yours is the same and kept its humidity, but not sure for 20 years.

Has anybody here used Cigar Bid?
I have been using them exclusively for the last few years.
I have read on line complaints about poor delivery, dried out cigars etc.
I usually order quantities of 30 Rocky Patel Decades and maybe try smaller batches of other brands to try such as a sampler pack of Oliva V’s.
I have had the odd one that wouldn’t burn properly or continually go out but very few.
Other than that, no problems and have recommended them to friends.

Cigarbid is the only place I buy. They have great deals. And usually always have the cigar I want. And don’t get me started on how much time I’ve wasted on the Freefall Auction trying to save another nickel, lol.

I use Cigar Page for the past 5-6 yrs. I stay away from the auction sites because of the reasons you listed. With Cigar Page I receive cigars that are pretty much ready to smoke, except in the very hot months, but never receive ones that are dried out. At most a week or so in the humidor and they're nice and soft and a perfect smoke.

Did someone say cigars??? I will hate to post a picture of my humidor. In all, I have about 3,000 cigars. Since 2012, I have always bought more than I could smoke. I really enjoy gifting cigars to friends, strangers, people at the marina, etc. you can just about make an instant friend when you gift a Padron, Opus X, or Hemingway...

Great attitude towards making friends, thats awesome. I try to do the same whenever possible. Great conversations over a nice cigar, make good friends.

Arturo Fuente OpusX - haven't had one in years. Very nice smoke for sure.
