I just bought a 2003 Sea Ray 240 Sundeck and the boat was kept in great condition but the decals/striping on the boat are showing their age and I was wondering where I could find a set of new decals to replace the old ones? I don't know if they even make them anymore.

Also, the oval window on the starboard side has several cracks in it and I was wondering where I might find a replacement window. The frame is fine, just need a oval glass or plexiglass replacement. Does anyone know where I could find one of those?

Thanks!

For the decals, on ebay, try reaching out to searayman13. He seems to be able to source a lot of these types of things. (no affiliation here)

Stripes, try https://www.hullstripes.com/ who is a sponsor of CSR

Thank you so much!!

Thanks! I will check them out!

I just bought 120' of 3/4" boot stripe for $28.50 from BoatUS. I put it on myself. I was quoted $750 from a graphics company to do the work. The savings can now be put into the diesel tank!

Thanks for your reply. I have no problem doing it myself if I could find them. I was told by a dealer that they no longer make them for my year of boat.

Were you able to find the oval window? Normally I'm pretty resourceful at finding things online, but I also need a new window (just the lens/plexiglass) and I cannot find anything. Closest I've come is a sea ray parts seller on eBay but he said they're out of stock on all windows for at least 3 weeks. I've heard some people mention having it custom made by a windshield or glass shop, but my boat is 2hrs away and I don't know the dimensions or shape template to look into having a tinted plexiglass cut. Just seeing what you were able to find. I have a 1989 260 Overnighter that has two port/hull windows on each side. Thanks!

If the window is flat, you can take the old one to a glass shop, and have a new one cut for you. Alternatively, you could buy a small sheet of plexiglass, and cut one yourself with a scroll saw.

How do you place the boot stripe so it’s even distance from waterline all along the curvature of the hull?

A person who has eye hand coordination skills and good vision. Mine have always been done by people that have those abilities, that I do not. They all did it freehand and it looks great. I guarantee you the guy at the factory that applied those did it all by feel and eye

I have green canvas, green stripes, green water line stripe. Greened out. Would love to change the decals (cant change canvas, all nearly new) to a mix of black/silver. The price is crazy. To remove and replace, they want as much as i spent on new manifolds/risers.
