Here is the photo of the evo core and vesselview and I also installed some cameras in the engine room and a new battery charger. It looks like I get max of 3 years on the deka 27s.first time out this year and starboard battery bank is dead. But I am thinking I need deep cycle 31s. What do you use? .. still waiting on my interior .
Looks great and love the camera set up.
I use AC Delco group 31 batteries and will be five years this September. When i installed I also changed my charger to the same as you but the 50 amp model.
I almost did the 50 but it looked like I had to change the gauge wiring from the existing 8 to 6 gauge where the 40 amp stilled allowed the current 8 gauge. Thank you for the advice battery what model and what setting do you have it set on the charger?
In August the ice will burn your tongue haha.Aquamat from Corinthian.....good stuff easy to take care of. Isn’t everything hot in Texas?
My port gas gauge hasn't worked since I purchased the boat. Has anyone replaced the gauge and/or sending unit? My starboard side tach also jumps all over the place. Has anyone dealt with that before? Just wondering how big of an undertaking I am looking at.
Side note. I just ordered all my new cockpit vinyl flooring, swim platform SeaDek, and all new cockpit upholstery (white with minor grey accents). I should have the new "black stardust" panels installed at the helm in the next cpl weeks as well. I am adding a 32" tv to the cockpit and finally replacing the one over the fridge with a small flat panel. Hopefully it's all done by the end of May, just in time to enjoy it all for summer!
The hardest part is the wire is pulled tight like a banjo string, as you change them, you have to work with a couple inches of wire, if you let loose, it’s gonna be a fight. I haven’t needed to do that upgrade, but someone posted about it in the pastSorry to just vomit questions all over here haha, I really am trying to use the search bar first. My red and green nav lights are in pretty rough shape. It’s a 2000 and they are faded white plastic. Has anyone upgraded to stainless and LED? I have looked on Amazon and flounder pounder but not sure what the dimensions are. I’m out of town this weekend but would like to get some ordered if anyone has a lead. Thanks!
How did you secure the Axiom panel? I don't see any screws. Here is the photo of the evo core and vesselview and I also installed some cameras in the engine room and a new battery charger. they clamp in from the rear with mounting barsHow did you secure the Axiom panel? I don't see any screws.
Thanks!
Correct.so the pressure of the clamp and the form factor of the panel keep it flush and in place without the need for screws.they clamp in from the rear with mounting bars

Can you tell me where you found the fluxgate? I'm in the process of installing the Evolution 150. Where did you mount the EV1? I believe the existing pump is compatible and I'm planning on leaving it for now. What did you do?
