Show off your boat!!!

Mind if I cheat a bit?
Here's our new to us 2008 Monaco Cayman 35' diesel pusher with a 350hp Cummins. Sleeps 4 comfortably, full galley, full head and a combo washer/dryer.

Bought her from a private party, had it surveyed and it came out very well. It's in the shop right now getting the front and rear caps sanded to restore the clear coat.

Very nice. Lets see more pics.

I bet one thing that drives you crazy . Is you cant sit in the engine room and have a beer and just look at the beauty. When we had ours it drove me crazy all the road grime on the engine.

Sit in the engine room? Not easily done 'cause dere ain't no engine room.

However I do kinda like the view out that HUGE front windshield. I can see me sitting there in the recliner driver's chair when we're parked and watch the world go by.

The only real "trip" I've taken with it is when we brought it home. We had about a 30kt wind coming at us from 10 o'clock for most of the trip. The trip was about 160 miles and most of that was running against the wind.

Once we get it out of the paint shop we're going to do a couple of short trips just to get a feel for it. We have an 1100 mile trip planned in July. That'll be our first big one. Looking forward to that.

Confused, your boat is my second all time favorite, the top boat being the 550 Sedan Bridge we just sold. I had two 1995 330 Sundancers because the first one was hit by a drunk boater and totaled. I liked the boat so much I found another just like it and bought it.

I like the lines of the 330, the cabin headroom, access to the bow area, etc. In fact, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the boats.

We are very happy with it too. Probably my only complaint is the low bimini height at the helm, even with my 5'9" height.

Another beautiful weekend out on the hook here. Wife and dog enjoying themselves while my son naps below. I haven’t hauled out this year yet but the boat doesn’t look too too shabby. Next weekend I’ll finally do bottom paint, buff, polish, and wax.

Meeting lots of people but hard to remember names for me...I have a cheat sheet but it doesn’t help when I forget their names 10 seconds after being introduced :)
Aw C'mon Man, you're way too young to be forgetting names that soon after being introduced. JK, I've been guilty of that for 40 years or so. :p

Had a 96 330DA myself, my first "big" boat. Loved it, except for the lack of standing head room at the helm.

It's neat to review this thread from the beginning and see how many of you have moved on to other, bigger boats.

Hey, good to see you're still here! Yeah, the view out the window is amazing if you can find the right place. A great spot is Salt Creek west of P.A., and most of the spots could be considered front row "seats". Since you're not that far away, http://www.clallam.net/Parks/SaltCreek.html A view north across the Straights with nighttime lights of Victoria, watching the ships float by, orcas, seals, dolphins, old WWII gun placements to wander through... I may just head back there myself!
