My friend has his houseboat at Antelope Marina at Lake Powell. With the long hikes they have golf cart/valet service to carry everything.

Can relate. Still wonder why I have this fascination with Sundancer, the dungeon cabin, the massive canvas. I swear next time it’s going to be a trawler or sedan with inside controls, sliding door, no canvas. But it won’t happen. This time I wanted a hardtop Trophy walk around. Wife said Sundancer or nothing. Guess the next one be an SD too. (Whimper crying sound).My wife and I did a dock walk today looking at boats. Some beautiful Sea Ray's around. Though, I am slowly implanting the thought of a trawler as our next boat.
Being the one we have is our first boat, and her first experience with a boat of any kind....she is certainly open minded to the "next boat".

New store, Fitness center, laundry, Nice shower facility and restaurant opening soon. They have really come back strong after the fire. Boat lift scheduled for next year. Not a slip available or a spot in the campground open. Now if they would build longer covered slips would be great. 42'is it right now, Better than sitting outside. larger boats have offered to sign a 5 year lease, It will happen one day.

Indeed, agreed. That no wake zone is ridiculous. I feel sorry for the boat owners near or at Prince William. It must take them 30+ minutes to get to the river, and all the idle hours they are putting on their engines.
