Does anyone know where the vacuum debris is stored into? How do you empty it once used?

Is anyone aware where to get a replacement hose?

I have a 2008 380 Sundancer and found the shopvac-like can under the aft cabin bunk. It shouldn't be far from where the suction hose connection is in your boat. And it isn't fun to get at either.
 
On my 320, it’s in the back underneath the stairs, easy to remove the seat to get to the canister. The owners manual should tell you where it is...

If your boats 03-08 340 , the canister Is in the aft cabin , port side closet , pick up round cover in base of cabinet the hoses and attachments are port side under the steps

A replacement hose and tools can be ordered from Amazon. That is where we got them.

My '02 340 has the canister under the seat in the mid cabin dining area, the 01 is the same generation 340, so your boat may be set up the same.
