Bilge blower and switch works fine on helm button. The switch on the cabin panel next to the generator does not work and I put a meter on the leads and did not find power going into the switch. Any ideas?

Have you downloaded the owners manual from the SR site? For the 300 it has all the wiring diagrams including the bilge blowers, switches and wiring.

I have and looked at it but the blower circuit is not shown in detail.
On another subject. Can anyone identify the purpose- circuit for the fuse (item 32) on the attached? I cannot find it on the engine harness

Not sure, but if I have time tonight I will check on mine. I did find it on another parts diagram (same part number) grouped in with other items as a "Mercathode kit":

I did find (what looks like the controller assembly) mounted to the port engine behind the outdrive fluid reservoir.

the cabin blower switch is tied into the EIM system with a module. It's a small box with 1 output and 4 inputs that is usually mounted under your helm against the starboard side. check the connection there, or try to move the blower plug to another open port. If nothing the module likely needs replaced. I was able to order from my sea ray dealer when mine went bad. it was $175 or so if I recall correctly.
