Absolutely, never loosens. It utilizes Nylon lock nuts. It's one of those designs that once you see it you will go, "oh I get it". We were trying to figure out a solution to two different issues and solved it with one solution. The thing works absolutely perfect and we have not had to make any adjustments. I hauled my 825 lb jet ski last weekend as a test thru a violent sea, no issues what so ever. Battle proven.Does that back screw stay in place?

My bad, I think I misunderstood your question. No. I don’t use the back screw that you are referring to. I had one in place while we did sea trials as a precautionary measure. It is not required and I don’t use one. I should have removed it before making the video. Thanks for pointing that out.i get that but it’s there to potentially stump your toe too, right?
