Hey guys, I’m considering a 2012 450 sedan bridge and have never been on one. Anyone local on Lake Saint Clair own one that would be willing to allow me to see??
I’d appreciate it.

Richey Rich, are you considering getting out of your 45 sundancer? There are some things I really like about the 450 sedan bridge, specifically the cockpit layout. Not too many bridge boats that still offer the L lounge seating in the cockpit. The wife really is thinking about a large express boat as she would like that style of cockpit.

yes, I am considering selling my 450 sundancer and getting the 450 sedan bridge. I've never owned a bridge so this would be something completely different. I was hoping that i could get aboard one prior to making arrangements to go see the one i would buy out of state. We absolutely love our 450 but the added room with the bridge would be great!

Kind of a rare bird - I don't think they made them very long - pods only I believe - There is one on a lift on the intracoastal between Ft Lauderdale and North Miami - I know its of no help to you, but its the only one I've ever seen.

I think there is one for sale in the Sarnia area, would be an easy ride back in the spring.
FWIW, we love our sedan bridge, but there have been times that we really want a large express style boat so we have the nice cockpit for entertaining. I really like the commanding view from the bridge when entering harbors we haven't been to before.

We owned a 44DB for 3-4 years and the desire to have the cockpit drove the change. The view from the bridge is second to none. The salon and windows are also very nice.

yes it does seem to be pretty rare. there are only about 5 for sale I've seen in the US but all quite a distance from me.

that's my wife's thought exactly. she doesn't want to lose the large cockpit area but i really like the salon on a bridge.

Brent, the 480 DB is my dream boat.... let me know if you ever decide to make a change...

I've been aboard the one Needhams is selling. Nice boat. Its weird to see a boat this size with wet heads, layout for me wasn't the best.
Owner offered a tour we weren't looking to buy, but I prefer our 400 sedan bridge over the 450.
