So since I went on the Bahamas extended fling this last summer I made some great friends with the people from Bahamas Tourism department. Our friendships have continued to grow and they came up with this new program that they unveiled tonight at FLIBS. It was an honor to be asked to be one of 8 Official Bahamas Boating Ambassadors. Tonight at the Bahamas booth we had a little celebration kicking off the program and announcing the Bahamas Flings for 2022 which I will be a big part of helping boaters experience the Bahamas. So cool to be part of this program.

That’s awesome!! I’ve been enjoying (and inspired) by your frequents posts about these trips. You definitely deserve this honor!

**ATTN MODS** Perhaps change @ocgrant ’s description from “Well-Known Member” to “Bahamas Boating Ambassador”???

Congratulations, pretty cool to get the recognition for doing something that you enjoy anyway.
We've made the trip a couple times, it's an awesome adventure

Richard had some health issues earlier this year and has kind of retired for now.
