A year ago today, I was having emergency surgery on my back, which led to the discovery of my kidney cancer.

just wanted to pass along a word of thanks to all those were so kind to pass along encouraging words and prayers as I went through the surgeries. I’ve been doing well, back flying since April, and to my knowledge still cancer free. I go in for my next MRI in January, and will be doing so annually for the next ten years at least.

Don’t have the 340 anymore, but picked up a bow rider this fall to play with. When the market returns to reasonable levels, I’ll look at getting back into a cruiser of some sort.

Hope you all have been well, and have a have a Merry Christmas!

Thanks for the update and great news, glad to hear you are back in the pilot seat and still plan on getting your feet wet.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Most excellent news! Especially in these times when all we hear is bad!
Best of the Holiday Season to you and your family!

Doesn't good news from your oncologist just bring a nice smile to your face and warm fuzzies inside? Congrats on making it the first year and being back in the captain's seat in the water and in the air.

Welcome back my friend.
